I was raised in a sporting environment and have developed a passion for health and fitness. Keeping fit is not all about physically looking good but it is also about improving your mental health. Physical activity is a huge benefit in your every day life and an investment in your mind and body. I want to help you achieve these goals by keeping you motivated, boosting your immune system, reducing the impact of physical and mental stress, helping you sleep better & concentrate more whether it is at work or in your lifestyle.

I am Jenna, a local, experienced and qualified personal trainer living in the Principality of Monaco. I have been working in different fitness clubs in the UK & Dubai, developing my skills and broadening my knowledge on fitness. I would like to share my expertise and passion with you from my base here on the French Riviera.

Body Mass Index (BMI) scale - fat composition %; hydration %; muscle mass %; fitness tracking monitor (detects your heart rate, calories and distance travelled).

This is my way to elevate your motivation; helping you to train more effectively and find that sweet spot for your target training zone. My methodology is aimed to encourage you to walk more steps, run faster and sustain that peak heart rate for just a little longer.
